Standardize the environment variable naming for consistency across documentation and scripts. Updated all references in README.md and build.sh, ensuring functionality remains intact.
This PR closes#2 - Revised the Kaniko build setup to include a container image, updated mandatory and optional environment variables, and provided examples for fine-tuning options. Expanded the README with a detailed table explaining each variable's purpose and requirements.

Introduce a custom Kaniko-based image for OCI container builds, including a wrapper script (`build.sh`) for flexible execution. Added Forgejo CI workflows for PR, branch, and tag builds, along with detailed documentation in the updated README. Licensed under Apache 2.0.
