ba9dff7043 - Setup Forgejo Kubernetes deployment with PVCs, ConfigMaps, and more 
Add all necessary Kubernetes resources for deploying Forgejo, including PersistentVolumeClaims, ConfigMaps, Secrets, Deployments, Services, and Ingress. This configuration enables PostgreSQL backend, Forgejo application setup, and external access via Ingress with TLS.
